Check-in/Check-out
Standard Check-in is between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM. Check-out is between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
Medical Transparency
Self-medication is strictly prohibited. All existing medications, drugs, or supplements must be disclosed to our in-house doctors upon arrival. Usage is permitted only under medical supervision.
Clinical History
Guests must bring their medical history and recent clinical reports for the initial consultation.
Diet & Therapy Adherence
Every therapy and diet is prescribed for specific therapeutic benefits. Personal preferences that contradict the doctor's prescription are discouraged to ensure optimum results.
Punctuality
Please adhere to your prescribed schedule. Delays or requests for rescheduling may lead to the cancellation of that specific therapy session.

Important Notice

Prohibited Items: Eatables from outside, Alcohol, and Tobacco products are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to inspect luggage upon arrival. Violation of this rule may lead to immediate discharge without a refund.

Sanctity of the Space
Guests are expected to maintain the decorum and tranquility of the retreat. Leaving the premises requires prior permission from the management and medical team.
Valuables
Please do not bring expensive jewellery or valuables. The management is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

Reservations & Payment Policy

Booking Confirmation
A 20% advance deposit is required via Bank Transfer, WISE, UPI, or Cash to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be settled upon arrival.
Minimum Stay
A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for all wellness bookings.
ID Requirements
All guests must provide valid ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Driving License) at registration. International travellers and NRIs must provide a Passport and OCI card.
Pricing
Government taxes and levies may be applicable at the time of admission and will be charged extra.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Non-Refundable Policy
Once confirmed, admission dates are non-refundable for no-shows, short stays, or early departures.
Emergency Rescheduling
In case of a documented emergency, you may reschedule your stay within 3 months of the original date, provided a minimum of 10 days' notice is given.
Emergency Discharge
If a guest must leave early due to an emergency, a minimum billing of 3 nights will still apply.
Written Communication
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via our official email.

Force Majeure & Refunds

Unexpected Events
Jeevan Utsav reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations. In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or free rescheduling.
Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 30 business days. Any bank or transaction charges incurred during the refund process will be borne by the client.

Privacy & Liability

Confidentiality
All personal and medical information will be kept confidential and shared only as required by law.
Treatment Success
Success in wellness treatments depends on various factors, including adherence to guidelines and individual physiological attributes. No specific result is guaranteed.
